The Home Survey

Packing

Loading

When the truck and crew get to your place, they’ll introduce themselves and do a walk-through of your home to get an overview of the room flow and what needs to be moved out. Then they’ll prepare the home to safeguard it, padding stair rails, cramped corners, doors and jambs, and placing carpet covers to keep high-traffic areas free of dirt and damage. Next, they’ll follow a systematic loading procedure, where moving boxes are labeled and inventoried according to rooms and your needs when you arrive at your new home. Components that need disassembling – from entertainment centers to beds to swing sets – are meticulously torn apart now. Throughout the loading process, quality checks are conducted and communication with your Move Concierge is maintained.

Delivery

Once we get your belongings safely to your new home – in good time and in one piece, we take all precautions unloading it. Our delivery services encompass …

• deploying protective pads and carpet covers to keep your your new home safe from any sort of damage during the move-in process,
• systematic unloading – where we unload your belongings into the rooms you want them in, at your direction,
• reassembly of equipment broken down intentionally for the move – beds, the like,
• unpacking – just say the word; we’ll do it, and
• debris removal – where, if you so specify, our team will get rid of all the empty moving boxes and other such debris after the unpacking.
